How is Claé pronounced and what does it do?

It’s pronounced just the way you would pronounce clay. Claé Creatives is a strategy and design studio that specialises in the areas of brand identity, UI/UX design, graphic design and digital marketing. Basically, we are able to solve any design problem under the umbrella of creativity. We know that building a successful brand takes so much more than just having a logo, which is why we go beyond just the visuals and offer services that provide our clients with an all encompassing strategy.

Do you offer free consultation?

Once your project application has been submitted and we’ve verified that we’re a good fit, we will schedule a consultation. Consultations are 30-45 minutes and we will discuss the details of your project, what you can expect throughout the process, and then any final questions you might have. What is your design process like?

We like to research therefore we will spend a good number of days studying your brand, your potential market, your target audience and even competitors. Then, we will start planning initial ideas that will suit your brand image the best. Only after which we will start designing draft sketches and seek your approval and feedback before we proceed refining any final designs.

Do you work with clients from all around the world?

We love working with clients from all around the world. So far, we have worked with clients in the UK, Canada, Australia, India and New Zealand.

How big is your team?

Our core team consists of six extremely talented experts from various fields. But our family has grown up to 10 members which includes junior designers, editors and interns.

Where do you purchase website templates from?

We feel proud to announce that we do not purchase any website templates. We design everything from scratch using multiple coding languages to be able to customise it according to your needs.

Can I manage the website myself?

Absolutely. We will turn everything over to you and you will be able to manage your site completely on your own. We also offer free maintenance for a year, if you may require any further support. You can directly get in touch with our support team via email

How do we start?

We can start by scheduling a free consultation to hear more about your business and your design needs. From there if we both feel we’re a good fit, we will send you a proposal that fully expresses our process, investment, and showcases samples of our previous work.

How will we communicate throughout the process?

We will invite you to our studio for initial consultation or schedule an online meeting if you’re overseas. Further communication will be through email or WhatsApp. If you require to set further offline or online meetings, we will be happy to do so.
